National Account Executive - Inside Sales Position

Need to Know

  • 100% Inside Sales
  • 7 am to 3:30 pm, allowing for a work life balance. 
  • Primarily outbound calling, leads provided and new marketing incentives are always being designed and implemented to provide flow and greater access to qualified and interested leads.
  • Desire to work in and be a part of an organization that thrives on working hard, growing, having fun and success, both individually and as a team.

Must Haves / Qualificiation / Experience

  • Prior sales experience is a plus along with and a track record of success as a closer and in achieving goals and quota’s.
  • The ability to cultivate and initiate relationships, develop instant rapport, ask open-ended questions, work your book of business, and build and manage a pipeline.
  • Competitive spirit, self motivated and driven.
  • Professional business acumen with strong written, communication and negotiation skills along with comprehension and understanding of general finance with good mathematical skills. 
  • Sense of ownership and pride in what you do, how you do it and your book of business.
  • Practice sales in a consultative relationship building approach with the know how to convert objections into commitments and to maintain organization and priorities throughout your business day.
  • Desire to learn and grow, possessing a strong work ethic and the ability and willingness to sell. This is not an order taking position.
  • Proficient use of MS Office Suite, Salesforce.com or other CRM experience is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience (intangibles preferred).
  • Thrive on energy, passion and the desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
