Reliant Merchant Advance is offering a merchant cash advance based on your company's credit card transactions to fund your business's operations. You can use the funds any way you choose.


How do I know if I qualify for a Reliant Merchant Advance?

  • Been in business for at least two months.
  • Average at least $5,000 in monthly credit card sales.
  • Must be able to provide a minimum of two most recent credit card processing statements.
  • Provide two trade references.
  • Supply verification that rent/mortgage is current.

What are some of the reasons I may be denied a Reliant Merchant Advance?

  • Existing bankruptcy.
  • Business is less than two months old.
  • Less than $5,000 in monthly credit card sales.
  • Bad landlord references.
  • Significant judgments and/or liens.

How much does the Reliant Merchant Advance cost?

The actual amount of cash advanced is based on our projections on the merchant's future credit card income and other details that will be clearly specified by your account representative.


Are there any restrictions on how the Reliant Merchant Advance can be used?

No. You are free to decide where the money is needed most.


Will I need to switch my credit-card processor to Reliant Merchant Advance’s processor?

Yes. You will need to switch to our dedicated processor. We will match or beat your current processing rates. A simple reprogramming of your current processing terminal is all that is needed to make the transition.


How often will I receive statements from Reliant Merchant Advance?

You can view that status of your advance online anytime. In addition, you will receive a monthly statement.


How does Reliant Merchant Advance receive its payments?

We will collect our mutually agreed upon fixed percentage when your credit card payments are settled daily. You do not have to write monthly checks to repay the advance.


Does Reliant Merchant Advance require a personal guarantee?

No, there is no personal guarantee or collateral required.


Can I re-finance another advance?

Yes, we typically offer larger advances than our competition. If you have an outstanding balance with another provider, we will need to pay the balance of your current merchant cash advance to your current merchant cash provider and we will then fund the difference directly to you.


Can I renew?

Yes, after you have paid off a portion of your advance and are in good standing, you can apply for additional funding with us.
